    @fyrefighter814 Yes! Since all our inventory is sold through online auctions, the bidders set the price. And since you’re free to utilize the shipper of your choice or pick up yourself, there’s a wide margin for buyers to make purchases that are beneficial for them. Plus, it’s free to register on our website. Let me know if you have any questions.

    The closest place to our company if Ft. Meade, MD, which is quite a distance away. (We are in Fairmont, WV). Is it possible from this distance, to be able to be competetive on the scrap yet still have enough margin to make money?

    @GovLiquidation Amen done!

  4. GovLiquidation Says:

    @AGDemo Ok! The first thing you want to do is register on our website. It’s free and only takes a few minutes. Then find the scrap metal you’d like to purchase, and then start bidding! We have scrap material on our website on a regular basis, so you’re sure to find something you like. Let me know if you have any questions.

    @cruzinpapi4 Thank you! The first step is to register, which is free to do. Then locate a lot you’d like to bid on. After you bid and the sale closes, if you’re confirmed the winning bidder, visit the Forms tab and fill out an End Use Certificate. I’m afraid that first time submissions can take a while but subsequent approvals can be as quick as seven days. Let me know if there are any questions.

    @kwxj61b I’m afraid we’re at the mercy of the government regarding how long it takes for an EUC to clear. And there is no “feeling” regarding a bidding price. It’s all on our website in black and white. We’re audited annually so any conspiracy theories that you may have heard don’t hold any water.

    Watch out for GovLiq’s items of EUC. I heard somewhere that once they have your money, they will take their sweet time to get your EUC clear in which they bank on your money and earn interests. And if they felt that your bidding price is low, they will use EUC and take you for a long ride.
