This property was seized from him as part of the investigation and prosecution of the case against him. Scott Rothstein entered a guilty plea in January 2010 and faces up 100 years in prison at his May 6 sentencing. Proceeds from the auction will be placed in the US Treasurys Asset Forfeiture Fund. The proceeds derived from the Rothstein assets will be available as restitution to the victims of Scott Rothsteins crimes. The general public may preview the vehicles at the Secure-All of Florida, 1240 NW 74th Street in Miami, Florida on: -Monday, May 10th from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm -Wednesday, May 26th & Thursday, May 27th from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm -Wednesday, June 2 from 9:00 am until noon. you need to have cash available,look over the autos very carefully and if you have a mechanic friend,take him with you.It’s tempting to want to bid on the first car you like but try to wait until the best one for you comes up for bid.
